Sunday is my favorite day of the week. It feels like a fresh start and what you do on Sunday sets the tone for your week whether you realize it or not.
Here are 3 ways (and a bonus) idea to have the best Sunday Funday.

Begin with a great breakfast or brunch, engage in some light stretching or yoga, and take time for mindfulness activities such as meditation or journaling.
